Terms and Conditions

Set-up: We require a minimum 12’ x 12’ flat level space. Access to a standard grounded electrical outlet.

Adverse Weather Conditions (Photo Booth, Outdoor Events): 

Color Me Crazy! Face Painting (CMCFP) reserves the right to cancel services in the event of adverse weather conditions that may pose a risk to our equipment, including but not limited to precipitation or extreme heat. The determination of what constitutes adverse weather conditions will be made solely by the Company (CMCFP). In such cases, the Company will notify the Client as soon as possible. The Company shall not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred due to the cancellation or rescheduling of services under these circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation of services by Client, Client will forfeit Non-Refundable Partial Payment. The partial payment MAY be applied to a new event if booked within 6 months from the original contract date.

Statement of Photo Usage (Photo Booth): I hereby authorize Color Me Crazy! Face Painting (CMCFP) to alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute event photos taken by CMCFP Staff or through the use of equipment provided by CMCFP for any purpose. I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product. I additionally waive the right to compensation for use.

Body Art Liability Statement: While we use only FDA approved cosmetic-grade make-up, Artists are not liable for allergic reactions. Children with skin allergies or sensitive skin should either not participate or have Artist perform a patch test at the beginning of the event. For safety reasons, painting children under 2 years will be at the discretion of the artist. Artists may refuse to paint children if they feel the child does not wish to be painted or appears to be uncomfortable or distressed. For sanitary reasons, Artists will not paint anyone who is or appears to be sick or suffering from: cold sores; conjunctivitis; any infectious skin condition; eczema or open wounds. Artists will use reasonable care, but are not responsible for damage to clothing or property. Artists will not supervise children. Their behavior and safety is the Client’s and/or Guardians’ responsibility. Artist cannot see other children and what they are doing while he/she is painting.
